GEM Bible Training Institute

GE Ministries stepped out in faith in 2023 by partnering with the Evangelical Training Association. Our goal was to provide certified biblical training to our partners and ministry friends. Our certification program is designed to assist church members and leaders in obtaining a quality biblical education through a structured study program.

We are happy to share that our first cohort of consisted of twelve students, ten of which are graduating from the first certificate program and have earned the ETA Certificate in Foudational Ministries. With this certificate these students earned four (4) Life Learning credit which can be used to further their education at colleges, seminaries, and other higher learning institutions.

Congratuations to the 2023 class!

2024 will usher in new class options. We understand that not everyone can commit to a full cohort. In light of this, GEM Bible Institute is offering individual and certification (cohort) classes. With this offering, everyone can participate in training and review continuing education credits.

Biblical Beliefs

What was it that lead to the early church's success? Not success in financial terms or political influence, early Christians overcame persecution to become the most dominant religious force the world has ever known. Their fundamental faith commitments supported a manner of life that linked beliefs and behavior, or doctrine and practice. The Apostle Paul warned that deceptions are a significant danger to Christians. Truth, then, becomes essential for living in perilous times.

You & Your Bible

Believers should be well informed about the Word of God. God created mankind in his own image and likeness for the purpose of contact and communion with Him. This course presents the inspiration and authorship of the Bible; how it was preserved, why we believe it, how to deal with its problems and critics, the role of archaeology and ways to study it more effectively.

Church History

Written as a basic introduction to the subject, this course covers four major periods of church history: The Ancient Church, The Medieval Church, The Reformation Church, and The Modern Church. The focus of this study is to gain perspective, both comforting and challenging, to many current issues faced today. Studying history gives understanding of the complexities and richness of Christian faith and doctrine, as well as reinforcement that the Church will triumph.
